<span style="color: #222222;">Chief Justice of India Sharad Arvind Bobde has pointed out that pursuit of Justice should be the Dharma of all Judges, with the application of constitutional aspirations and social realities. He was speaking in Bengaluru today after inaugurating the two-day Conference of Judicial Officers on Judicial Process Re-engineering and Judicial Skill Building. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Professional competency and legal knowledge among Judges, he added, can improve the quality of Judgement. He suggested moot court like practical training for the Judges in lower courts. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On delay in judicial process, he said, Arbitration, Mediation and Counselling can reduce pendency of cases in the district courts. He further said that Artificial Intelligence and Digitization of court proceedings will also help speed-up trials. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa informed that the State Government is committed to improve the judicial infrastructure. A sum of Rs 23 crore is sanctioned for data management and digital signboards. In all, Rs 120 crore is sanctioned for 17 new Family Courts, Fast Track Courts and Special Courts dealing cases related to Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Supreme Court Judges Justice Mohan M Shantanagoudar, Justice S Abdul Nazeer, Justice A Somaiah Bopanna and Supreme Court of Karnataka Chief Justice Abhay Shreenivas Oka were present on this occasion.</span><br />''
