Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal says, the total debt of the state was of Rs. 64000 crore. But, the State's debt to the centre was only Rs.3500 crores. He was talking to media persons in Kapurthala today during his visit to local Sainik School to participate in a function of old boys meet.More than one hundred old students mostly army officers of the rank of Generals, Brigadiers, colonels and other ranks and product of local sainik school met in the school premises to celebrate the old boys meet.
