The Punjab Government will table ‘Right to Service Act’ in the coming budget session to fix the responsibility of bureaucrats towards providing time bound services to the citizens of the state. This was disclosed by the Chief Minister, Prakash Singh Badal during an interaction with media at Sangat Darshan in Nakodar, near Jalandhar, today. The Chief Minister listened to the grievances and problems of over 90 Panchayats and distributed grants worth five crore rupees for improving connectivity and Civic life in the villages.AIR Jalandhar Correspondent reports, Mr. Badal said that a full proof system is required for providing share from Central taxes to the states.
