<span style="color: #222222;">Returning Officer cum Sub Divisional Magistrate of Kharar in SAS Nagar district of Punjab Abhishek Gupta has issued a notice to Aam Aadmi Party for violating the model code of conduct. Mr Gupta said, on Wednesday he got a complaint that during door to door meetings by AAP in Kharar, more than five people were participating in the meetings. In response to the complaint, the flying squad teams and local administration raided the places mentioned in the complaint and found that the model code of conduct was being violated. The Returning Officer said that in the notice, the AAP has been asked to clarify their stand about the presence of more than five persons during the door to door campaign and file their reply within 24 hours. Mr Gupta said, according to Election Commission of India's directions, the gathering of more than five in door to door meetings is not allowed.</span><br />
