Punjab Police has seized five kg heroin in Ludhiana worth Rs 25 crore in the international market from a car and took into custody the lone occupant of the vehicle .<br/><br/>Police Commissioner Ishwar Singh said that during routine checking of vehicles, a police party stationed on Pakhowal road found five packets each weighing one kg of white powder under the seat of the car.Arrested person has been booked under the NDPS Act.<br/>
