In Punjab, Police recovered nine kg of explosives from a bag attached to a motorcycle near Machhiwara town in Ludhiana district .The explosives recovered included detonators and gelatine sticks. Police said that the explosives were recovered during routine checking from a bag attached to the motorcycle parked near a canal bridge. The person riding the motorcycle, however, managed to escape.
