Punjab special operation cell today arrested Bakhshish Singh Baba, a dreaded terrorist of Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF). At the time of arrest Baba was in possession of 2.3 kilogram RDX, one detonator, one 30 bore pistol with 28 cartridges and a mobile phone.<br/><br/>Bakhshish Singh was wanted in planting of improvised explosive devices at Nabha and air force station Halwara. He also masterminded the attack on Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh chief Dera Saccha Souda in Feb 2008. Operation cell today took remand of five days from the duty magistrate. <br/><br/>Talking with media persons Police commissioner Amritsar Varinder Kumar told that ISI agent Bakhshish Singh was planning to blast Amritsar Bus Stand and Sabzi Mandi.
