Addressing a joint press conference in New Delhi today with Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta, Mr. Sirsa urged the people of Punjab for a change to free Punjab from unemployment and drugs.<br />''<br />''Speaking on the occasion, Adesh Gupta has said the Arvind Kejriwal government which completed two years of its third term has spent only 21 percent of the state's complete budget.
