Disgraced former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore who was sentenced to 18-month prison term by a Chandigarh court in Ruchika molestation case, today again failed to get any relief as the Punjab and Haryana High Court adjourned hearing in his bail petition to Monday.<br/><br/>68-year-old Rathore's lawyer wife Abha Rathore had filed a review petition on his behalf in the High Court on Wednesday seeking bail.<br/><br/>Justice Gurdev Singh posted the matter for May 31 on the plea of the CBI counsel that the investigating agency has not received copy of the review petition.<br/><br/>Earlier, the same judge had adjourned the matter for today.<br/><br/>In her petition, Abha Rathore had alleged that the appellate court had on May 25 passed the order under media pressure.
