Punjab govt to set up fast track court for NRIs cases

To provide early justice to Non-resident Indians in Punjab, Fast Track Courts would be setup at all the districts of the state. <br/> <br/>This has been disclosed by the Minister for NRI Affairs, Punjab, Mr. Sewa Singh Sekhwan while addressing a function organised by the NRIs in Jalandhar on Sunday.<br/> <br/>He revealed that a fast track court for NRIs has been constituted in Jalandhar and a letter has been sent to Punjab and Haryana High Court for permission to setup the same courts at all the districts for which infrastructure will be provided by the State Govt. whereas, Judges would be appointed by the High Court.<br/> <br/>Mr. Sekhwan said that he would take personal interest in solving the problems being experienced by NRIs weather in foreign countries or back home. <br/>
