Punjab drug haul: Police arrest 3 more persons

In the 130 crore rupees drug haul in Punjab, Police arrested three more persons today, bringing the total number of persons arrested in this case so far to seven. Fatehgarh Sahib district Police Chief, Hardyal Singh Mann said they include a chemical analyst who used to check the purity of the Heroin before sending it to the market. The other two are employees of a rice shellar in Ludhiana at whose place the drug peddlers used to stay.

Meanwhile, when asked whether police is contemplating any action against its own cop, boxer Ram Singh Police Chief Mann told AIR that it is too early to say.
