In Punjab, discharge of water from the Pakistan side has damaged the Tendiwala embankment in Ferozepur distrct. <br />'' <br />'' An official spokesperson in Chandigarh today said that in the wake of damage, the strengthening work of Tendiwala embankment is being undertaken on war footing. The district administration is on high while precautionary deployment of NDRF and Army teams has also been made. <br />''  <br />
