Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann today expanded his cabinet by inducting five more Ministers in it. Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly inducted ministers at  Punjab Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh.
