Punjab Chief Minister, Prakash Singh Badal has said that former Lieutenant General KS Brar is issuing statements on the state scenario without having adequate knowledge about the ground realities in Punjab. He said such statements could create a sense of insecurity amongst the peace loving people of Punjab. Gen. Brar, who had recently been attacked by some unidentified persons in London, was instrumental in flushing out terrorists from inside the Golden Temple during Operation Blue Star. However, the Chief Minister did not answer when asked that why the kins of the killers of Gen. A.S. Vaidya were honoured inside the Golden Temple premises by the Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee (SGPC) on Tuesday.
