Budget Session of Punjab Assembly begins today at Chandigarh this afternoon with Governor's address.Governor Shivraj Patil will address the assembly as this is the first session of this year.This session will continue upto 26th of this month.Total 15 sittings of this session will be held.Finance Minister, Manpreet Singh Badal will present the Budget Estimates for 2010-11 on 16th of this month.<br/><br/>Both ruling alliance and Opposition Congress are holding meetings of their respective legislature groups today at Chandigarh after the sitting to form policy to be adopted during the session.
