The Punjab and Haryana High Court will hear the review petition of former Haryana DGP S P S Rathore daily for one hour from 3 to 4 pm, till the case is decided. Ms. Abha Rathore, wife and counsel, pleaded for preview of the sentence awarded to him by the Chandigarh Session court. She said in the court that now they do not want bail but review of the verdict of the lower court. On June 29, Chandigarh High Court had deferred the hearing on this case for today. <br/><br/> Yesterday, the government of India withheld in full the pension of Rathore on permanent basis. The action was taken following his conviction in the Ruchika Molestation case. He had already been stripped off his medals in this case.<br/>
