In Punjab, 288 new cases were reported positive for COVID-19,  204  patients discharged from various hospitals after recovery and eight Corona patients lost their lives yesterday. AIR correspondent reports, out of total 288 cases found positive during the last 24 hours, 92 are from Jalandhar and 61 are from Ludhiana.<br />'' <br />'' With this, the number of positive persons found so far in the state has risen to 8,799 and number of recovered patients has risen to 5,867. Total 221 deaths have also been reported so far. Now, there are 2711  patients of COVID-19 under treatment in various hospitals of the state.<br />''  <br />
