In Pune Open Tennis, Indian duo of Ramkumar Ramanathan and Saketh Myneni faced a defeat in the Doubles Semi Finals on Friday. They lost against the Australian pair Tristan Schoolkate and Adam Walton by 3-6, 4-6. Another Indian pair, Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and Arjun Kadhe also faced a defeat against Dan Added of France and Chung Yun-Seong of South Korea in the Doubles Semis. They lost the match by 6-7, 6-2.
 
In Men's singles Quarterfinals, India's Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha was defeated by Australian Dane Sweeny by 6-4, 2-6, 6-7. Sweeny will face Valentin Vacherot of Monaco in the Semis on Saturday.
 
Earlier yesterday, India's M. Sasikumar faced a defeat against another Australian Adam Walton in a walkover.
