African runners maintained their monopoly this year also in Pune international marathon. Tefri Regata of Ethopia stood first. He completed this run in 2 hours 16 minutes. Fellemon Roteck of Kenya stood second and Negesh Abebe of Ehtoapia stood third. 40,000 sprinters of different age groups including 140 international runners ran on Sunday.
