Another injured person in Pune’s German Bakery bomb blast case has died on Saturday raising the death toll up to 13. A 30 year old Mr. Atual Anav succumbed to his injures at KEM hospital in Pune. He was working in Reliance Communication. He was seriously injured in the bomb blast. Earlier, a Sudanese student Mr. Amjad Elgazoli died in a private Inlax Budhrani hospital. He was 26 years old and studying in Wadia College. <br/><br/>He is third foreigner died in this bomb blast. Police commissioner Dr. Satyapal Singh has said on Saturday that shopping malls, hotels and other commercial establishment have been instructed to take security precautions like installing the CCTV cameras in their premises. <br/><br/>Police commissioner has cautioned that the scarf wearing citizen would face stringent action after three days. <br/><br/>Police have appealed to the citizen not to wear scarf while driving on two-wheeler especially around Koregaon Park area. Police commissioner has made it clear that helmets are being excluded in this drive. However, he was non committal about any arrest in connection with bomb blast. <br/><br/>He has said that the investigations are in progress. He has not given any further details.
