In Puducherry, the former Chief Minister Mr. N. Rangasamy who recently resigned from Congress party has announced the formation of a new political party in the Union Territory. Speaking to news persons today after opening the party Headquarters, he said the new party is named as All India N.R Congress . He also said the new party has applied for its registration with Election Commission. The new party will strive for the overall development of the Union Territory, Mr. Rangasamy added.
