<span style="color: #222222;">In Puducherry, the COVID vaccination coverage of frontline workers has picked up with over 4000 frontline workers getting their first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine so far. AIR Puducherry correspondent reports that besides, another 12,367 healthcare workers, 24,487 persons, including 7847 general Public, have been&nbsp;vaccinated&nbsp;in the Union Territory.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Puducherry recorded 31 new COVID-19 cases yesterday, while no deaths were reported. Of the new cases, 5 were from Mahe, 23 from Puducherry and 3 from Karaikal. No cases were reported from Yanam. With 26 patients discharged , the active cases stood at 191. Of this, 87 were in hospitals and 104 in home isolation.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The tally is 670 deaths, a total of 40,015 cases and 39,154 patients recovered. The case fatality rate 1.67 per cent and recovery rate 97.85 per cent.</span>
