AIR correspondent reports, Puducherry Lieutenant Governor Doctor Tamilisai Soundararajan had earlier said the government would leave no stone unturned to achieve the goal of 100  percent coverage in vaccination.<br />''<br />''In the official order signed by the Health Director Dr Sri Ramulu, it is said that, In exercise of the powers vested according to the Puducherry Public Health Act, 1973,  compulsory vaccination enforced for COVID-19 in the Union Territory with immediate effect.<br />''<br />''The order further said those violating the directive will be liable for penal action.  So far 12,63,532 doses of Covid 19 vaccination administered, including 2nd dose. The recovery rate has reached 98.33 %.
