There will be grand celebrations happening for the next 75 weeks, starting from today to August 15, 2021, to mark 75 years of Indian Independence.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On this Occasion the Lt. Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan flagged of the Boat Rally with 75 boats, Cycle rally with 75 students participating and initiated the Plantation drive to plant 75,000 saplings by planting saplings at Gandhi Thidal and on Promenade Beach in front of the Secretariat. Dr. Tamilisai participated at the commemoration of the 91st anniversary of the Dandi March, a special event with the students and NSS volunteers.
