The Puducherry Legislative Assembly hall has been locked after  N R Congress legislator N S J Jayabal tested positive for Corona Virus Disease. Mr. Jeyabal has been admitted to the Manakula Vinayagar Medical College. For the first time a Puducherry legislator was tested positive for the Corona Virus Disease.<br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports, the hall was disinfected and alternative arrangements are being done to conduct the session. Mr. Jayabal was down with fever and cough for the last few days and even then he attended the  assembly session. He was sitting near  leader of the opposition N Rangasamy .  The government will have to pass the finance bill to ensure salary to the government employees for July.<br />
