Based on that the Puducherry election department informed that there shall be no victory processions or celebrations of any kind after the counting of votes. <br />''<br />''Further it is said that not more than 2 persons shall be allowed to accompany winning candidate or his or her representative to receive the certification of election form the Returning officers concerned. Moreover the Election department has extended the facility of RTPCR testing for the willing contesting candidates or agents from the notified testing centre. The sample collection will begin from today. The results will be made available to them by 30 th April.</span> <br />
