Puducherry AIADMK legislature party leader A Anbazhagan alleged that chief minister V Narayanasamy has violated the model code of conduct during Kamaraj Nagar assembly by-election. He said that his party would lodge a complaint in this regard with the Election Commission of India.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''While undertaking election campaign for the N R Congress candidate Bhuvaneswaran, the ADMK MLA Anbazhagan told media persons that, when the Model code of conduct of elections for the Kamaraj Nagar assembly by-election was in force, Mr. Narayansamy on Sunday night conducted a seminar of the congress party at the government building Kamban Kalai Arangam and talked about the Prime Minister and Mr. Rangasamy, the NR Congress leader. He also talked about the Kamaraj Nagar by-election and canvassed for congress candidate John Kumar. This is a violation of Model Code and a complaint would be lodged with the Election Commission of India.</span><br />
