<span style="color: #222222;">Students of Puducherry should evolve as Scientists in future and for this the Government would provide a favourable environment.&nbsp; Opportunities for students to express their new thoughts were given on several occasions. So, the students should develop a scientific attitude during their school days.&nbsp; This was disclosed by Shri.N.Rangasamy, Chief Minister of Puducherry while inaugurating the Regional Level Science Exhibition on Thursday (7th December 2023) at Puducherry.<br />''<br />''He recalled the efforts taken by Prime Minister Shri Naendra Modi to popularise Millets.&nbsp; Since the Millets were healthier, the students in their young age to inculcate the habit of consuming millets. This exhibition has given focus to Millet, he further added.<br />''<br />''Assembly speaker Shri.R.Selvam, Education Minister Shri.A.Namassivayam and other dignitaries also participated in this inaugural function.<br />''<br />''405 exhibits were put up in the stalls by the students of all levels from both Government and Private schools.&nbsp; Besides this, Home/Food Science Departments of Puducherry University, Bharathidasan College for Women, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Puducherry were also put-up stalls highlighting the importance of Millets. The Exhibition will open for three days and the State Level Exhibition will follow for two days in the same venue.</span><br />
