<span style="color: #222222;">Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayansami has accused the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory, Kiran Bedi of interfering in the day to day administration of the government.</span><br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Talking to media in New Delhi today, Mr Narayansami alleged that Mrs Bedi was passing orders independently by running a parallel government in Puducherry. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister said Chennai High Court in its recent judgment has upheld that the elected government has got all the authority. He termed the judgment as historic and called it a befitting reply to the Lieutenant Governor for behaving in an erratic manner, flouting all constitutional norms and trying to usurp the powers of the elected government.</span><br />'' <br />''  <br />
