<span style="color: #222222;">Union Territory of Puducherry is celebrating its Liberation Day today in a splendid manner. Chief Minister N. Rangasamy unfurled the Tricolour in a grand function and inspected a guard of honour presented by the Armed Police Forces. Narrating the financial progress of his government, Mr Rangasamy mentioned the 4.09 percent increase in UT's GDP to 39,019 crore rupees and per capita income to 2,22,451 rupees in the year 2022-23. He added that under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme, bank loans with the subsidy of 21.63 crore rupees were disbursed to 93 entrepreneurs.</span><br />
