The special session of the Puducherry Assembly is to convene today and tomorrow to honor the Chief Minister Mr. V. Vaidhilingam and the Deputy Speaker Mr. A.V. Sridharan for having completed 25 years as Members of the House without break. The Lieutenant Governor Mr. Iqbal Singh will be the chief guest today. The Lok Sabha Speaker Mrs. Meera Kumar will address the House and felicitate the Chief Minister and the Deputy Speaker tomorrow.<br/><br/>
