In Puducherry, 65 persons were admitted to Government hospital following a gas leak from a chemical factory in Kalapet this morning.Police sources said chlorine gas had leaked when filling operations were on in the factory after which workers and people in villages surrounding the factory complained of breathlessness, nausea and irritation.Those affected where referred to a hospital where their condition is reported to be stable.
