In Andhra Pradesh, public transport has been paralyzed in the Telengana region for the second day as part of the ongoing indefinite strike on the statehood issue. About 10,000 buses belonging to the APSRTC, the public transport carrier, remained off the roads, causing severe hardship to commuters.
