<span style="color: #222222;">In Karnataka, the public campaign for the November 3rd by-lection to the Sira and R R Nagar assembly segments will conclude tomorrow evening. The Election Commission has deputed 3,847 polling personnel in Sira and 9,515 personnel in R R Nagar constituencies, who comprise of enforcement staff, observers, police and others. During the visits to the homes of such voters, police security will be provided and the entire process will be videographed.
