Prasar Bharati's CEO Shashi Shekhar Vempati has said that the public broadcaster has to transform itself according to the requirements of 21st Century. Speaking in a Conference on 'Future of Television and Radio Broadcasting: Role of Content Creation and Distribution' in Chennai today, he stressed on need to create an environment for innovation and new ideas.
