PSLV C 23 has been launched from Sathish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota at 9.52 this morning. PSLV C23 is carrying five satellites belonging to France, Germany, Canada and Singapore.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed the lift off.
