The stage is all set for the lift off of PSLV C 23 from the Satish Dhawan Space centre in Sriharikota at 9:52 AM today. The 49 hour countdown which began on Saturday will precisely end at the scheduled time. The PSLV C23 is carrying five foreign satellites from four countries.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Sriharikota to witness the launch of PSLV C 23. In a tweet message from Sriharikota, Mr Modi said that his Government is committed to give further impetus to country's Space Programme.
