Union Minister Dharmenrda Pradhan has said that the Public Sector Undertakings under the Petroleum Ministry are establishing captive Pressure Swing Adsorption, PSA oxygen generation plants in about 7 districts of Odisha. The Centre has approved PSA plants in 8 other districts of the state from out of the PM-CARES fund.
