Information and Broadcasting Minister, Mrs Ambika Soni today said that providing proper care to senior citizens, widows and those with special needs is a big challenge.Addressing the annual function of ICS/IAS Wives Association(IASOWA) in New Delhi, she lauded the efforts of IASOWA in this regard. Releasing their brochure “Prasmita” Mrs Soni announced to make contribution to IASOWA to help in their endeavor of reaching to the marginalized sections of society.
