Blockade on roads and rail tracks was reported from various parts of the State on the second day today. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Reports of violence have came in from Murshidabad, North 24 Paraganas and rural Howrah. Train services in Howrah and Sealdah divisions have been affected. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Many local and long distance trains have either been rescheduled or cancelled.  Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee have appealed to people to maintain calm and peace. </span><br />
