The Protest demonstrations against separate Telanagana state continued for the third day today in Rayalaseema and Coastal regions even as the political crisis over the issue is yet to be resolved in the state. The Ministers belonging to Rayalaseema and Coastal region who decided to resign are convening a meeting later this evening in Hyderabad while the Ministers belonging to Telangana are holding a seperate meeting with the MPs and MLAs of the region to chalk out their future strategies. However, Chief Minister Rosaiah has asked both the camps not to take any hasty decision as no concrete step has been finalised so far on formation of Telanagna state. Meanwhile, hectic parleys are being held at political and Government levels to resolve the crisis that emerged after 140 MLAs from Rayalaseema and Coastal regions cutting across the party lines had tendered their resignations.<br/>On the other hand, the centre sought a report from the Chief Minister on the situation in coastal and Rayalaseema Regions where violent incidents have been reported during the past few days. Our correspondent reports, tension prevails in Coastal and Rayalaseema regions as the protest demonstrations continued for the third day today. Hunger strikes, protest rallies and demonstrations held at several places including Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam cities by the Joint Action Committee of all parties. Students at several places continuing their stir against formation of Telangana state. Additional forces have been deployed in all the districts. Police have appealed to the people to maintain peace and warned them of stringent action against those who indulge in violence.<br/>Meanwhile, Viajayawada Lok Sabha member L RajaGopal said in Delhi that he would join the movement for Unified state. Suggesting the Chief Minister to introduce the resolution on Telanagan in Assembly, he opined that it would be defeated with huge majority.
