With the objective of wooing visitors during the Commonwealth Games next year, the government will launch a promotional campaign at the World Travel Mart in London. Official sources said, while the theme of the pavilion will be Commonwealth Games 2010, 'Shera', the mascot of the Games will be featuring in all the sporting activities. The 750 sq. ft area pavilion has been specially designed by the ITDC at an estimated cost of 1.09 crore rupees. Display boards showing Shera playing the different sporting events of the Games, including football and archery, will be prominently displayed at various places in the pavilion.Tourism Minister Kumari Selja will inaugurate the Indian pavilion at the four-day event tomorrow in London.
