Minister of Environment , Forest and Climate Change, Anil Madhav Dave today said that Project Tiger has been implemented in 50 tiger reserves in 18 tiger range states of the country uptil now. In a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, Mr. Dave said, the project is one of the most successful conservation programme in the world which has brought endangered tiger on assured path of recovery. He said, more than 233 crore rupees have been released for this fiscal to the States.
