In Jammu and Kashmir, the project for providing Unique Identification Number, Adhar, to the people was launched by Chief Minister Omar Abdulla in Srinagar last evening. The country-wide project was launched by Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh in September last year. The Project in Jammu and Kashmir is likely to be completed in three years' time and will help in expanding and improving the delivery of basic facilities.
