Prohibitory orders to be enforced tonight for Sabarimala reopening on Monday

The prohibitory orders will come into force in the nearby places of famous Ayyappa temple in Kerala's Sabarimala from today midnight.<br />''<br />''The Lord Ayyappa shrine is all set to open for a day's pooja on Monday and the orders have been issued to prevent any untoward incidents on the wake of the recent order of the supreme court allowing entry of women of all ages.<br />''<br />''The prohibitory orders will be effective till Tuesday <br />''<br />''According to the police, since the shrine will be opened on Monday, the temple premises will be under heavy security cover from today night in the backdrop of the violent protests witnessed last month against the entry of young women in the 10-50 age group. <br />''<br />''Around 5000 police officers including women officers would be deployed. <br />''<br />''Prohibitory orders under section 144 CrPC banning assembly of four or more people would be clamped at Pampa, Nilackal, sannidhanam and Illuvangal. <br />''<br />''When the shrine was opened for five days from October 17-22 for monthly poojas, it witnessed angry protests by devotees and other outfits over the entry of women.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">According to the police sources around  543 cases have been registered and 3,701 persons arrested till Thursday. </span><br />
