In Jammu and Kashmir, mourning processions from nearby villages of Kargil Town were taken out towards Kargil Town, commemorating the martyrdom of Hazrat Abass Alamdar. The processions by passing through main bazaar Kargil Concluded at Islamia School Kargil and Public Park Kargil.

The Main Speaker at the function threw light on the Philosophy of Honesty and submissiveness of Hazrat Abass Alamdar, towards Imam Hussain.
