The pro united Andhra members have stalled the proceedings of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly when it reassembled this morning after a brief vacation. The YSR Congress and TDP members from Seemandhra region trooped into the well of the house soon after the house met . Raising slogans, displaying placards the members obstructed the listed business.
