The famous Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra has been appointed as National Ambassador of UNICEF. Addressing the function of signing ceremony in New Delhi on Tuesday she said that the value of education makes women selfmade and give them opportunity to explore their entire potential.The Women and Child development Secretary Mr. D.K. Sikri said on the occasion that Priyanka has lent her voice to raising the profile of issues around adolescents and child rights, particularly the right of all children to go to school.
