<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Principal Secretary, Skill Development Department (SDD), Dr. Asgar Samoon, today convened a meeting with senior officers of SDD in Jammu to review the functioning of India International Skill Centre, Heritage Skill Development Institute, Craft Development Institute and Food Craft Institution.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Samoon asked the concerned officers to take all necessary measures for smooth functioning and to provide quality training programmes to the aspirants for generating their livelihood and play a vital role for the development of the society.
