Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Indian Science Congress 2015 today at Mumbai University. This year's theme of the Congress is Science and Technology for Human Development. The five-day event will witness deliberations and presentation of papers by the scientific fraternity from across the globe. More than 12 thousand delegates are expected to participate in the session.
